Re: New books on Play.com
No probs....the author John Reed is known for other band/artist biogs....he wrote one on Weller which is pretty good....he's also been doing the rounds of the fan sites looking for additional info....so he's putting the research in.....although this book is not officially endorsed by the band I hasten to add....

The Nutty Sound book hasn't been written yet but is expected to be available around October of this year.....has been doing the rounds of Amazon and Play for years....in fact Amazon had it available for pre-order as long ago as 2008

Re: New books on Play.com
The Nutty Sound is actually on pre-order; something I didn't realise until I'd ordered a copy because Play make it sound as if it's merely out of stock (especially with the published in 2009 bit). Anyway, I have ordered a copy and will let you know when it arrives.
Suggs and the City is not on pre-order, meaning that I already have my copy. I'm about halfway through it and (needless to say) I'm enjoying it enormously. I'll put up a review soon, seeing as L.A. hates writing them.
