Hi-dee-hi!

'Ello! I said I'd let everyone know what's been happening once the situation had improved somewhat, so here goes...

I got a new job in May, which was very promising but rather nerve racking; as I had been in my previous job for five years. Sadly, that fell through so I'm now unemployed - not that it's phased me too much! I'm now going all out to set up my own business restoring/repairing/manipulating photographs.

In June, our family dog died. In all honesty, it was Scrumpy's illness that mainly kept LA and myself from concentrating on the site as it was very upsetting. She had kidney failure which was diagnosed at Christmas.

In July we adopted another staffie; who we have named Jasmine. She's much more manic than Scrumpy and has aggressive tendencies when frightened or over excited. We're putting her through training and she's responding well. Hopefully she'll soon be a lovely little family pet in her own right.

OK, that's more or less what's been happening in my life. LA started college this month, but that's for her to talk about if she feels so inclined. Thanks to everyone for your patience in our absence. We'll try to be around more.
